IHB3D (Ice, Heat and mass transfer Balance in 3D) is AeroTex GmbH’s computational tool for predicting three-dimensional ice accretion on aircraft components under atmospheric icing conditions. IHB3D delivers ice shape predictions for complex geometries through physics-based heat and mass transfer calculations.
